Cable & Phone Provider Hiring for Multiple Positions

To accommodate growth while delivering exceptional customer service, WOW! Internet, Cable & Phone is expanding the staff of its Augusta Call Center. The company is now hiring qualified individuals for positions in residential and business sales, customer service and support, and dispatch, as well as for supervisory roles. Hiring will continue into 2014.

Jason Sand, Augusta Call Center Vice President, said the staff expansion is needed for current growth and upcoming initiatives. “As WOW! introduces enhanced technology and new products and services, we’ll be ready to provide all the support our customers need. It’s very satisfying to have this opportunity to bring new jobs to Augusta.”
